The Hydor Seltz DDC Controllable Universal Fish Pump is a versatile choice that you can use in freshwater, marine, reptile and amphibian aquariums and enclosures. You can plumb the pump to function as a water pump to circulate water, or use it with a reactor (sold separately). The pump is equipped with sensors that detect water moving through the pump, shutting the pump off to prevent damage if there’s no water present. Set it up in-line or submerged. The six pole electronic motor helps to save you energy to keep your electric bills down, and there’s a handy pause button on the controller to stop the water for five minutes. The pump even features a memory function that allows it to start right back up after a power interruption.
