The sphere joint allows you to adjust the flow direction. This circulation pump can also be used with the Hydor Smart Wave Maker Controller (sold separately).
Smaller design than the older style Koralia pumps with similar flow rates. It includes a cable protector and is ideal for tanks with urchins, puffers, parrot fish and triggers.

The continuous and powerful water flow can be directed freely, thanks to the special sphere-shaped connection to the exclusive combination suction cup and magnet support. This pump is ideal for tanks with underwater buddies like triggers, urchins, puffers and parrot fish. Every purchase includes a cable protector, and unlike the non-Evolution Koralia pumps, you can connect this pump to a Wavemaker (sold separately). If you are using the Hydor Koralia Wavemaker, you will need to use one of the Koralia 12V Controllable Powerheads (sold separately).

Precautions

HAZARDS TO HUMANS: Before installation or maintenance, or before putting your hands into the aquarium, remove the power supply from all the electrical devices under water.

Before installation check that all the components of the product are undamaged, disconnect all the electrical devices and make sure the voltage of the product corresponds to the mains voltage.
Unwind the electric cable.
Insert the cylinder on the sphere attachment to the pump in the proper slot.
Immerse the pump completely and turn it in a vertical position in order to allow any air to come out of the impeller chamber.
Attach the pump with the internal part of the suction cup and magnet support to the aquarium side. Be sure to clean the surface before attaching the support.
Adjust flow direction as desired.
Connect to electrical supply.
