Eheim Ehfifix Mechanical Filter Media, 5-L

The EHEIM Ehfifix Mechanical Filter Media is used as a parting layer between the mechanical and biological filter medium. It is made in Germany from a structured coarse filter material and is specifically designed for the mechanical treatment of the water. The coarser particles are restrained and removed from the water before entering into the biologically acting filter layers. This is also great for use with Aquatic Turtles, Aquatic Amphibians, and Invertebrates.
